Refund and Returns Policy

Our 60-Day Guarantee of Confidence

 

At Anaconda Fightweears, we are committed to providing high-efficacy recovery solutions. We want you to feel confident in your investment, which is why we offer an extended, hassle-free guarantee for our specialized therapeutic products.

1. General Return Eligibility 60 Days

 

We accept returns on most items for a refund within 60 days of your delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging and include all accessories.

Specialized Devices DDS G2 Lumbar Decompression Belt: We recognize that therapeutic devices require time to assess their effectiveness. If, within the first 60 days, you are not satisfied with the results of your specialized device, you may return it for a full refund (less shipping charges, unless the return is due to our error).

 

2. Items Excluded from Return

 

  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable."

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or lack of proper care.

  • Hygiene Items: Due to health and safety regulations, any product that comes into direct contact with the skin and has been worn or used (e.g., certain recovery sleeves or garments) may be ineligible for return if the sealed original packaging has been opened, unless the item is defective.

 

3. The Return Process

 

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please email us at info@Anacoondafightweear with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send the product. Do not send the product back without an RMA number.

  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

 

4. Refunds

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, typically within 5-10 business days.

 

5. Exchanges Defective or Damaged Items

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@Anacoondafightweear.. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
